About Datanexis
Datanexis is a software company. We design, build and look after the websites, apps and systems that businesses rely on every day.
What we are
We are a small team that would rather solve one problem properly than sell a package you do not need. Our work runs from a clinical assistant that helps doctors through a consultation, to an online academy where students follow their lessons, to the website of a local business that brings in new customers every week.
What these have in common is that real people use them every day, and that they keep working long after the launch.

How we work
- Plain language
- You will not need a translator to read our proposals or our status updates. If something is late or harder than we thought, you hear it from us first.
- It stays yours
- The code, the data and the accounts belong to you. We never build something in a way that only lets you continue with us.
- Built to last
- Testing, writing things down and keeping the system up to date are part of the job, not an extra. Most of a system’s life happens after the launch.
- We say no
- If a project is outside what we are good at, or if what you are asking for will not solve the problem you described, we will tell you rather than take the work.
After the launch
For us, a lot of the work starts once a system is live. We host it, keep an eye on it and keep improving it together with you, for as long as you need us.
