Services

We work across six practices. Most projects draw on more than one of them, which is the point: you are not handing an integration problem to three separate suppliers.

AI solutions

Language models, computer vision and forecasting, built into the systems your people already use.

We put machine learning where it earns its keep: document processing that removes manual entry, assistants that answer from your own data, vision models that check what a person would otherwise inspect by hand, and forecasts that make planning less of a guess. Every model ships with a way to measure whether it is still right.

Web and software development

Web platforms, internal tools and APIs, built to be maintained rather than rewritten.

Customer portals, booking and ordering flows, internal dashboards, and integrations between systems that were never meant to talk to each other. We write the tests, the documentation and the deployment pipeline alongside the code, because the cost of software is in the years after launch, not the weeks before it.

Mobile applications

iOS and Android apps, from the first prototype to the store listing.

Native and cross-platform apps for customers and for field teams. Offline behaviour, push notifications, device hardware, store review, staged rollout and crash reporting are part of the work, not an afterthought once the screens are done.

Inventory and stock management

Stock, warehouse and order systems that match how your business actually runs.

Barcode and label workflows, multi-location stock, purchasing and reordering, picking and packing, and the reporting that tells you what is tied up where. Built around your process instead of forcing your process into someone else's product, and connected to the accounting and webshop systems you already run.

Data analytics and reporting

Pipelines, warehouses and dashboards that produce one number everyone agrees on.

We collect data from the systems that hold it, reconcile the definitions that differ between them, and put the result somewhere your team can query. The outcome is reporting people trust enough to make decisions with, and a pipeline that keeps it current without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.

Technology consulting

Architecture reviews, technology choices and a second opinion before you commit.

Sometimes the useful thing is not more code. We review an existing system and say plainly what is wrong with it, cost out the options for a rebuild against a repair, or sit with your team while a decision is made that is expensive to reverse.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem and we will tell you what it actually calls for, including when the answer is less software rather than more.
